Yogurt and Fresh Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

    1/3 cup (75 mL) granulated_sugar
    2 tbsp (25 mL) cornstarch
    1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) unflavoured gelatin
    2 tsp (10 mL) grated lemon rind
    1 cup (250 mL) 2% milk
    1 cup (250 mL) low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
    2 cups (500 mL) berries or sliced fruit
